Here’s a little gem just for you.
One of my dearest friends, Lisa Locicero, told me about her famous kale salad:
“My kid loves it, you’ll love it, everybody loves it! It’s a hit at every party, and you can make it in under minutes!”
What?!?! This sounds perfect!
Well, Lisa is one of the BEST cooks I know, so I offered to walk her dogs every day for a month in exchange for her recipe.
And here it is!! Thank you Lisa, I love you.
1/3 cup of each:
Braggs Liquid Aminos
Large Bunch of Kale
Cut Kale into small bits (remove the stalks)
Massage dressing into Kale. Don’t be afraid to really get in there!
Add to taste: minced red onion, chopped mushroom, sesame seeds, avocado, sprouts.
