Keepin’ It Real – Juicy Juicy Juice

Are you a juicer? If not, I’m gonna show you how easy it is.

All you need is a sturdy juicer and your favorite fruits and veggies.

Get out your cutting board, put on your dancing shoes, and let’s get into it!

My go-to juicer is the Omega Masticating Juicer. I’ve had it for two years, I use it every day, and it has never let me down.

There are plenty of juicers to choose from: Omega, Breville, Oster, Cuisinart, Black and Decker, etc.

Juicing is one of the most important things you can do for your body.

Vitamins, minerals, nutrients, enzymes, fiber, protein; it’s oxygen in a glass.

Experiment with different combinations and find out what suits your tastebuds. Apples and pears are must-haves for me. They provide just the right amount of sweetness.
