I was talking to my girl friend the other day, she’s a mother of three, she works full time, and she doesn’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. Amen sister.
She asked me to post awesome recipes that were under 10 ingredients, and that were vegan.
Well, I was up to the task, and have since been compiling awesome recipes for her and you!
This first recipe is a to-die-for sour creamy aioli heaven. I actually put it on everything.
I make a huge portion and it lasts for almost a week in my house. #Leftovers
I add it to toast, sandwiches, salads, pastas, mexican food, soup, roasted vegetables, forget about it, I will literally slop it on any recipe I make. #NoShame
It’s one of my favorite recipes. It will take you 5 minutes to make and all you need is a blender!
- 2 cups Cashews (soak them in filtered water for at least 15 minutes)
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2-3 cloves garlic (I like it really garlicky, feel free to use less)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- sprinkle of onion powder
- sprinkle of union powder
What to do:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend that s**t! It’ll be ready in no time and you’ll be so happy. Serve and enjoy!
